Delivery & Returns
At this time MOSSÉE only ships within Australia, USA, United Kingdom, Europe and Hong Kong. Australian orders are charged at $10 per order and $20 to USA, United Kingdom, Europe and Hong Kong.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
All deliveries will be received within 5-12 business days of the purchase date. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform MOSSÉE if an order does not arrive either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or +61 (02) 9972 7391. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are liable for actions thereafter the couriers said delivery. If you choose to sign for your item you will generally need to be available between 8.30am and 5pm to receive the delivery. Upon an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the courier, they may leave a card for you to sign authorising the next delivery attempt to be left at your nominated address without you bring present.
Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund by signing in to your My Account page online. You can also exchange for another item by email@example.com. MOSSÉE will pay all freight charges on faulty items.
At MOSSÉE, we want you to love what you have ordered from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your order for something else or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay for the freight charges.
If the goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please see instructions below for defective items.
Defective items must be returned to MOSSÉE within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
To return an item, simply send it back in its original condition with the label attached, together with your invoice to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of purchase. For an exchange, please note the item(s) you would like to exchange for and we will contact you to finalise the exchange.
Please note: If the order was placed incorrectly by yourself you will be charged the return courier fee.

Please note conditions that apply:
- There is no exchange or refunds on sale items
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached
- You need to send the original receipt or copy with your order
- All returns must be made within 14 days of order date. Refund will exclude any postage costs
- Exchange postage costs are at customer's expense
- Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited
- Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge
